Located in the heart of Leicester city centre, the scheme involved the complete transformation of a former Volvo dealership into a contemporary retail destination that reflects Polestar’s innovative approach to electric mobility. The project presented an opportunity to unlock the potential of an existing building, reimagining an ageing automotive facility to meet the exacting standards of one of the industry’s most progressive brands.
Far more than a refurbishment, the development required a comprehensive reinvention of the site. The completed facility delivers a striking new external identity alongside a bright, welcoming showroom environment designed to enhance both vehicle presentation and customer experience. Every element has been carefully considered to create a calm, refined and highly functional space where the architecture, brand and product work seamlessly together.
