We work flexibly with our clients according to the requirements of any specific project, whether it’s a new build, a minor interior “sparkle” or the evolution of a new brand.

Concept
Whether architecture, design or a mix of both, we develop a strategic approach to the client’s brief. Our initial analysis revolves around context of the site or building, topography and the immediate environment.
Initial zoning sketches and mood boards can be a great way of focusing a design and are shared in initial meetings to capture the vision of a scheme.
We frequently model virtually with the use of ArchiCAD and 3D visualisation and walk through software, this helps demonstrate a sense of space and illustrate our vision.
Detailed design
Good design is in the detail. We consider each junction, interface and material.
Architecturally we cover all statutory approvals and are well-versed in both the challenges of commercial environments and the requirements of operators.
Our ability to work with the design team and collaborate via our 3D models streamlines our delivery and brings fully co-ordinated projects to site quicker. Using BIM, Jones AD can facilitate the coordination and documentation of information efficiently.
Delivery and completion
Our continued involvement during construction stages through to handover ensures that the building/design is delivered inline with the developed vision.
