To coincide with the Chinese New Year celebrations, we can reveal news of our latest restaurant project due to open soon. The Korean BBQ restaurant is to be named Jinseon, which can be loosely interpreted to mean “a grand entrance to a place to socialise and dine”.
We are loving working with the Jinseon team on the concept which will be the first of its kind in the area. Authentic flavours will be cooked in the open plan kitchen or by diners themselves on a charcoal BBQ inset into their table. Work is due to start on site very soon. Sneak previews of the supercool industrial inspired interior are to follow. Watch this space!
