We’re thrilled to announce that we have gained Planning and Listed Building approvals for a Grade II Listed 18th century public house; The White Horse in Tilbrook, Huntingdon.
Retaining and restoring the historic fabric and character of the pub was really important to our client Charles Wells who were keen to work with the local parish council and residents to find a solution that brought the pub back into operation.
The planning approval incorporates a new oak framed and glazed extension to replace an existing dilapidated conservatory which is sympathetic to the building and its setting overlooking pretty open countryside.
Charles Wells look forward to welcoming Tilbrook locals back to The White Horse once work is complete.
